Contemporary Dance combine different techniques and movements from other dance forms like Modern, Jazz, and Classical Ballet to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance.
Lyrical Dance also is a combination of Ballet and Jazz but often uses music with lyrics to inspire the movements of the dancer.
Contemporary - Lyrical Class
Contemporary
It is a class that combines Modern, Jazz and Classical Ballet with a free form of movement and theme. Adapted for 10 years old and older. The dance steps are choreographed to the lyrics of the song. It is filled with very technical dance moves that are very visual and fun to perform and watch.
Lyrical
It is an ever-changing style of dance that continues to evolve and keeps us wanting more.
